1. Data controller
lolesporthub.com is an unofficial fan site about League of Legends esports and is not affiliated with Riot Games. The data controller is Maciej Tomaszewski (https://maciejtomaszewski.com).

2. No accounts or forms
The site does not require registration or login and does not collect data through forms. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other contact details.
3. Browser storage (essential)
To make the site work the way you ask it to, we save the following in your browser's storage (localStorage): spoiler-free mode, the list of matches marked as watched, your favorite team, the last selected bracket view and your cookie choice. This data is never sent to our server, and you can delete it with the “Reset” button in the footer or by clearing the site's data in your browser.
This storage is strictly necessary to provide the service you request (Article 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Law / Electronic Communications Law), so it does not require consent.

4. Analytics and marketing (with consent)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (visit and usage statistics), loaded directly or through Google Tag Manager, and, where applicable, Google Ads and Meta Pixel (measuring the effectiveness of ads promoting the site). None of these tools load before you make a choice, and Google Consent Mode v2 denies all consents by default.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer; after withdrawal, we delete these tools' cookies and reload the page.
Providers: Google Ireland Ltd, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. They may transfer data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Twitch player and external links
The Twitch stream player loads only after you click the button that starts it, or automatically (muted) when you turn off no-spoiler mode during a broadcast. Your browser then connects to the servers of Twitch Interactive, Inc., which may set their own cookies in accordance with Twitch's privacy policy.
Links to Twitch, YouTube, lolesports.com, Liquipedia and Leaguepedia lead to external services with their own privacy policies.
6. Hosting and server logs
The server that hosts the site may record technical logs (IP address, date, page address, browser) to ensure security and continuity of service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); we keep logs for no longer than 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
